Room is untidy and no in good shape, with torn blanket, unclean room, pillow with blood stains and and appliances that doesn't work. Not worth of the money spend

Stay was good, but intercom phones were not working. There was an issue with the air conditioning but they changed my room immediately. Good service. Good location for transportation

Dirty worst rooom i have seen. We were travel-ling from delhi so we dont have any option and we know mm t will not make good deal thats why we didnt complain

When you book a hotel, then it's shows flexible check in time and when you check in, you have to wait 3 hours, till 12 pm what is the use of flexible check in time, rooms are also very average
not recommended.

I've taken the deluxe room but there is nothing that says it is deluxe. 1. Requesting for 500 rs. For early check-in but as per the guidelines and policy complimentary early check in is available for up to 2 hours from the standard check-in time. 2. After explaining the above policy, now madam was saying that there is no room available but then way booking happened i've have raised this concern. 3. Finally, they've given a swipe card for the deluxe room but they sent us to a different floor not sure it is mistake or they really wanted me to suffer by carrying all my luggage to different floor. 4. Now finally when i entered in the deluxe room except bed nothing has been cleaned. 5. Telephone was not working so to contact service staff have to visit personally for to clean the room and to fix the tv.
